Found Code P0420 Cat Eff. On testing bird exhaust rattle found flex pipe that's part of the catalytic converter rattling internally.
Found Struts OE/R&R Both Front strut assemblies/Road test

Diagnose customer concern and was unable to duplicate conditions of failure. Filled power steering fluid to correct level and retested system. Note food was down approximately 3 oz. No obvious sign of power steering leak.
Found all tire pressures low, near 25 psi. Filled all tires to 40 PSI.

Engine dtc's. Diagnose and inspect engine components found throttle body air Inlet gasket leaking air causing mass airflow dtc's. Clear dtc's Retest found p0016 and p0017 return immediately test cam position need to remove valve cover timing cover believe timing chain and guides are faulty. Excessive noise from front of engine indicates timing chain play. Engine full of oil./Recommend Engine/CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIR AT THIS TIME

Scan performed DTC P0171 fuel trim system lean p0641 5-volt reference 1 circuit p2230 barometric pressure sensor circuit erratic. Fuel trim long-term at 39 short-term at 30. Smoke test revealed no leaks at intake system. 22 body control module DTC. 1395 b1517 b1517 b2575 b269 9 B-26 Nine-Nine p3006 B312 V p3130 b313 5 b316 b p3600 c0277 c0890 b101e b151d u0078 U0100 u0101 u0121 u0151 u0155 power steering control module DTC c0800. Radio module DTC p1258 a OB D2 DTC p0641 sensor reference voltage a circuit open p2230 barometric pressure sensor a circuit intermittent erratic. The diagnostic led to air intake leak. Caused fuel mixture to be very high into throw lean code re-secured and repaired leak retested you trim levels are good. Experienced an alternator search but could not repeat condition. Suspect alternator going bad cannot prove it at this time.
