Installed original equipment Hyundai oil filter with synthetic oil road test engine noise continued. Need to pull valve cover to inspect Cam and lifters. Diagnosis finished on other labor line.
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
  • Remove valve cover inspect for wear or damage. Everything inspected on the to KMS looks to be fine with no signs of abnormal wear. Suggest doing oil changes more frequent for the next two or three times with synthetic oil in Hyundai original oil filter. Recommend next oil change in 1,000 miles
