2004 Toyota RAV4
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Found right rear upper suspension spring rubber isolator dislodged.
- Inspect brake system 4 pedal fade. Found no leaks visible. The master cylinder is leaking internally and it is faulty. Needs brake fluid flush as well.
- System found DTC P0171 fuel system too lean Bank One. Testing fuel control system found mass air flow sensor faulty. Need to replace and retest system.
2011 Ford Pickup
- Found o e trailer plug ripped from bracket and bracket bent Beyond repair. Cut old bracket from trailer hitch and drill in New bracket, plug, and attachment fixture supplied by the customer. Rewired all circuits that were damaged and tested.
2011 Honda Pilot
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
2013 Chevrolet Equinox
- Scan performed DTC P0171 fuel trim system lean p0641 5-volt reference 1 circuit p2230 barometric pressure sensor circuit erratic. Fuel trim long-term at 39 short-term at 30. Smoke test revealed no leaks at intake system. 22 body control module DTC. 1395 b1517 b1517 b2575 b269 9 B-26 Nine-Nine p3006 B312 V p3130 b313 5 b316 b p3600 c0277 c0890 b101e b151d u0078 U0100 u0101 u0121 u0151 u0155 power steering control module DTC c0800. Radio module DTC p1258 a OB D2 DTC p0641 sensor reference voltage a circuit open p2230 barometric pressure sensor a circuit intermittent erratic. The diagnostic led to air intake leak. Caused fuel mixture to be very high into throw lean code re-secured and repaired leak retested you trim levels are good. Experienced an alternator search but could not repeat condition. Suspect alternator going bad cannot prove it at this time.
2005 Honda Accord
- Diagnose brake light concern. Found brake pedal stop light switch button missing. Installed new button adjust switch brake lights work correctly
- diagnose fluid leak. Found heater hose control valve faulty and leaking coolant. Needs new control valve and a coolant flush. Install new coolant control valve.
