  • System was low on R134. I added 12oz so that I could leak test the system. At this time no leaks were detected anywhere in the front or rear AC system. At this point we need to evacuate the system, add some die, and charged with a proper amount of R134 for the system.
  • Recover, Evacuate and recharge AC System with the proper amount of refrigerant. Renew Charge port valve cores. Re-leak and performance test system.
  • Noise from engine is coming from the valve train and or the lifters. At this time we may try a bottle of Lucas with the oil change to see if it will quiet it down or reduce the noise. If not then we will have to do a disassemble and inspect.
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and cabin filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.

  • Ck for timing chain and gears
  • Checked out of a scan tool and see that the AC compressor was not allowed to engage. Install AC machine to check pressures and system was completely empty. Add 1.5 pounds R134 and pressure test and leak test system. Found leaks in the accumulator, Schrader's, and the evaporator. So we'll need to replace the accumulator, the evaporator, to Schrader's, and Evac and recharge with a proper amount of R134.
  • Found Washer Pump Bad/R and R Washer Pump
  • Test ground circuit on battery. Ground circuit is fine. Check power circuit and have no power. Check the fuse in the smart junction box and the fuse was blown. Install new fuse and radio and clock are both working fine.
